If anyone else has seen Mint Blitz’s video concerning this, then you’re already aware. For everyone else, 343 is basically taking armor colors that are already available in the game, turning up the saturation, and slapping an $8 price tag on it.
I saw “the color blue” in the store yesterday, but didnt really think anything of it because i mostly just look at the store to see if the obscenely priced items are actually worth what theyre asking for. Never buy anything, just gauging how respectable 343 is as a diet drug dealer. I saw that lucky blue on yoroi was 800 credits and didnt really think twice about it cuz it wasnt a high ticket item. Well turns out, that shader is already available. On the MK V armor core. Whats even more intriguing is that yoroi already has a blue shader. The only difference from the one in the store is the saturation. Mint Blitz demonstrated in his video. Nice 343.
So the reason we have separate armor cores is now painfully obvious. 343 wants to sell us the things that we already own. Theyre restricting our customization so that they can squeeze as much coin out of us as they can muster.
Seriously $8 for BLUE. Can you guys who buy the store items stop paying for these obvious effing scams??
