Easy and simple! What other “gift(s)” do you think John was given or do you think would aid John in Halo 6?
A quick catch-up, back in Halo 4 the Librarian gave the Master Chief, the Librarians Gift which enabled John to unlock an immunity to the Didact’s weapon, the Composer. Possible by accelerating his genes. The Librarian makes reference to other gifts for the Chief but they would have to be unlocked.

It’s effects wouldlook very similar to this, in-game.
The enemy(Spartan/Elite/Forunner) would be locked in place, enveloped in a “bubble” of blue energy, and lifted a short distance off the floor.
The Spartan with gauntlets wouldn’t be able to damage the enemy himself, but his teammates could.
What I wanted is that it awakened johns dormant geas and with the loss of cortana he wouldn’t have the will to keep it in check. This leads to him going awol and his change in character and the awakening of the Guardians.

Are you sure that’s what you really want Spartan Locke? I mean Chief did give you a hard time already during your showdown with him. I’m not choosing sides I’m just saying…
