Why bother picking these guns up? The Battle Rifle wrecks the carbine, and every single gun in the game kills faster than the suppressor.

The suppressor is actually really good in my opinion. The bullets are heat seeking, after all! The storm rifle seems bad to me. You have to land basically every shot it has to kill someone before it overheats.
The carbine is okay in mid range, but useless otherwise. You have to land SEVEN SHOTS in the same time the BR user lands four. The kill times for a perfect kill are basically equal, which I don’t get at all since the carbine requires more shots landed (more accuracy) for a perfect kill. It also is a power weapon. AND it’s level 4. WHY? I don’t understand.
I do quite well with the Carbine, it’s one of my favorites. The suppressor can be a little tricky but it can hold its own if you are at a good distance.

The weapons can be devastating depending on your skill with the weapon and the map layout
The suppressor is only good if you’re behind the enemy and they don’t see you. Every gun in the game besides maybe the plasma pistol has better kill time. If you can actually aim and don’t need heatseeking bullets, then well you’re better off with literally any other weapon.

I agree that I don’t understand why it’s level 4, but I’ve found it to be pretty useful. It’s better in my opinion for punishing those who don’t have their ranged weapon out or don’t have one at all. If you’re good with aiming, it’s rof is solid for quick kills. I rather enjoy it to be honest - the BR feels too easy to use. Granted, it historically has - I hated Halo 3 at some points during its lifespan because the game felt like BR or bust.
At least in this game every weapon feels useful.
I was reluctant to try both suppressor and storm rifle at first, but honestly? I’ll pick up either over the AR if given the chance unless I need to shred a vehicle and no power weapons are available. Storm Rifle is great if you don’t hold down the trigger - actually try bursting your shots and you still have quick kill times. It’s a good counter to the SMG. Suppressor is nice because of its tracking - it’s a good gap closing weapon if you don’t have time to switch to a ranged rifle while your opponent already has theirs out. The bullet tracking and rate of hit on them can sometimes tilt the other shooter, and the tracking bullets help mitigate your distance.
I mostly feel these weapons are more niche than in previous Halos - and that’s great. Every weapon serves for certain situations.
Carbine is good at a pretty far range as a support weapon in my opinion. Suppressor seems like it requires Bumper Jumper and an ambush so I rarely get kills with it.
I love the suppressor. That thing is so easy to use and it kills pretty well. I have shot many players out of their ghosts with it since it just tracked the player. Along wit that the thing devastates Knights since it seeks their weak points. I have killed Lochagos ALMOST as fast as Splinter Grenades kill him while using a Suppressor. Half a clip will blow a side off. While he screams at you just reload for safe measures and blow the other side off and punch him in the back.
Carbine beats battle rifle… Faster firing rate lol.
Carbine is a blast to use, and I never feel like I am at a disadvantage vs a br (at medium range).
I do not like how the carbine is a bit pushed back in Warzone.
The Carbine and Suppressor are both viable and effective at killing targets. The Suppressor is a bit stronger than the AR while having better range and almost flawless accuracy due to the homing effect, making it like a poor man’s Needler. The Carbine is basically a pretty purple Battle Rifle.
Neither weapon is exceptional at taking people out, but they get the job done.
My only issue with both weapons is that in Warzone, they require too many Req levels to spawn with. Considering that the BR is a permanent card at level 3, the Carbine costing 4 levels for every single use is absurd. It should be 2 levels at most, and even then the BR is still heavily favored due to not costing any in-game Req points whatsoever. The Suppressor should only be level 1.
Both weapons could probably be converted to loadout items at whatever Req level without causing any serious imbalances.
I can get more perfect kills with the carbine than the b.r. the suppressor takes skill to use but once you know how to use it. Almost unstoppable
I’ve been using the them working on the commendations but they are harder for me to use. I usually have to get the jump on someone to survive the encounter.
Carbine has little to no recoil so it is good for spamming.

I’ve always felt that the Carbine is a quicker kill when your game is on point than the BR. Trigger spam with some good strafing beats the BR most of the time from what I’ve seen and done. I’ve yet to try the Supressor just because everything else does the job for me. I was the same way with the Storm Rifle for a while until I found out how quickly it can kill, so maybe I should give it a try sometime.
Everything has its place, you’ve just got to know how to use it.

Dont know about god like but its not horrible. It’s just not worth using over any of the level 4s
