Pirates raid the space lanes, preying on unsuspecting traders for credits and their booty. Alliances are forged and broken as factions attempt to gain a foothold in the galaxy.

> This is the world that will soon be delivered in my new community the Cantina. Hello everyone my name is DaBigestBob and I am the Head Admin in the Cantina. I offer anyone who joins a whole unique community that I have never witness occuring for the Halo Community. Here is how the community will work;

> The plan is to have four factions vying for power the four factions will mainly be split into 2 sides good and evil. They will participate in events to decide who wins the campaign. At the end of the campaign a winner is announced and there is an opportunity to change up leadership in the factions. At the end of the campaign the Republic lets say, can say hey we want to elect a new president. Or the Empire may have a coup battle or a vote as well depending on the people in the faction. So it may go anyway you want it to go down, here the community matters. Now before you start thinking down this line there are measures in place to ensure that things don’t get out of hand. That system begins with the admins then the server police and the forum moderators.

> The wars have a set objective and that objective is to gain as much territory as possible in Weekend engagements that are called off by faction leaders. It is in rotation so the Republic calls then the Empire calls (for example). When the engagement is called it includes the map(s) that are going to be fought over and disputed. Whoever wins gets to keep or gain control of the territory.

> Now we have the following roles open the people who join sooner then later have a better chance of achieving one of these roles. Role will be announced when the Cantina Campaigns are opened up.

> Admin x2- The job of an admin is that you are leaders of the community. You help plan events etc. mantain the campaign and all that occurs in it. This job is permenant unless you step down. Also admins will most likely be the first generation of faction leaders to help set an example for future faction leaders.

> Server Police Leader x1- You are a step down from admin ship most likely the first to get an admin spot once one opens up. You are in charge of all the SPs in the community to make sure they enforce the rules fairly and maturely and help set up a schedule for SP duties for events.

> Server Police x8 (2 for each faction)- You are in charge of enforcing rules in events and throughout the week. You are to report any occurences of rule breaking and report it. If things get too out of hand you are to kick the bad person from game or party.

> Forum Moderator x6- You make sure the forums are nice and clean. Make sure nobody is posting anything bad or insulting to other players. These jobs relatively don’t change unless you get bumped up.

> Campaign Developer (The Dev Team) x4- These people are given access to our campaign development forums which all of the positions above have access to. Your job is to help plan the campaign and provide unique ideas and plans to keep the campaigns interesting.

> These positions are given to people who show the most dedication and maturity. Remember anyone can gain the position of a faction leader all is needed is the support of the faction to gain it.

> The campaigns will all be recorded in the community history thread. From the beginning of the community to the very end make it your goal to get in the history, all you need is motivation and a bit of luck.

> Whether you want to be a good guy, bad guy or just a shady guy, we have a faction to suit your tastes. Currently The Cantina supports the following factions: New Republic; Galactic Empire; Pirates; Jedi; Sith; Factions have the opportunity to take bases from hostile forces in weekly Territorial Engagements. This layout for a group probably isn’t going to be done by a Star Wars theme but by a Halo theme for anybody thats interested.
