This is the 2nd time I posted I have spent 18 grinding hours of the campaign doing side missions and the campaign just to have it break on me so I have to restart the campaign again, both runs on legendary and this time I’m extremely angry I want to say some very bad words but I’m trying to contain my anger, I have work each time my campaign broke was when I left the campaign to sleep just to come back and have my game flash like I would respawn in multiplayer then the whole campaign would restart. I want to play and beat this game but this bug is really not making this enjoyable, I’m now going to have to find a day I’m off and just grind this game and this alone in one whole session this is ridiculous, I cant quit and I am forced to play the game and nothing else this if it is the bug needs to be fixed it is making my enjoyment of this game dwindle, the campaign is great in story and gameplay but this has to be fixed soon or I will just have to not even try to complete the campaign.

Bruh im on pc and when i quit to take a break or sleep and come back the breaks then restarts the campaign so i guess your lucky in able to play the campaign
Think this campaign is trashy after beating it had fun times but my lasting impression was empty and lifeless good luck tho
honestly im enjoying it i think the story is great if i could actually play it, but whatever is going on is preventing that
This is an issue with gamepass not the actual game
I assume you got it thru gamepass
I think that depends on if you have save issues with other gamepass games, if not, it would be more accurate to say there is an issue with the Gamepass version of Infinite.
I personally haven’t had any issues with the campaign. I was enjoying it so much that I spent 13 hours (in one sitting) to finish the game. I had a blast. When I checked before logging off the game, it was still there, and it’s still there now. When I loaded it up again, it put me in at an FOB too. Idk what to tell you?

tbf ive only seen this issue talked about with gamepass users. ive seen people say they then bought the steam version and havent run into this issue yet. could have something to do with gamepass and their clooud.
From experience now ive noticed the game only corrupts you file when you spawn in and die instantly giving you the 3rd person camera. up until that point the save file still keeps progress and doesnt reset. ive started backing up my save file to test this theory. someone mentioned they had found the folder in another thread and backing up has been working for them so far
i can test this but thank u i have not heard anything on this but thank u ill let u know if this works
I know how you feel. The game keeps crashing on me. What good are save points/check points if you can’t resume in those areas. It makes me start the mission from the beginning and now it keeps crashing on me. I can’t play campaign or multiplayer now. I have to re-upload the whole game again. What a pain.
Im having problems with the campaign as well. I’m on pc and yesterday I managed to glitch through the map 3 times in the space of 2 hours. Each time I had to reload the last save. I didn’t make a whole lot of progress.
Also, I’d like to hear if anyone else is having a hard time getting stable performance. It’s no secret that the optimization is lackluster but once I hit the open world my fps dropped by around half:( Went from 60-70 to barely getting 30.
My laptop isn’t top tier or anything( i7-8th gen, gtx 1060 6g, 16gddr4) but I can usually get better results than this. Even if I try to auto tune my settings for Low’performance’ settings in Nvidia shield.
Meanwhile I’m getting around 80-90 fps on medium/high settings for the latest Forza Horizon, which looks insane and runs perfectly. This game really doesn’t want me to like it. Lol
