Because the needler is better. And we have the concussion rifle considering I doubt we’ll be fighting brutes. I’d like to see the brutes return though.

Why are you making multiple threads? Just keep things all in one thread if you wish to discuss about weapons.
On topic however, I think that the Concussion Rifle has succeeded the Brute Shot in weaponry. They both served the same purpose, however the Concussion Rifle has given a better effect to it’s use.

I’ll be honest, I prefer the Brute shot to the concussion rifle. The Needler is ridinkydonky though…
The Concussion Rifle is the Successor to the Brute Shot.

The brute shot is very good but shotgun is will still be my favorite.
I was never really a fan of the brute shot. I personally liked the concussion rifle better.

I liked the brue shot much more than the concussion rifle, the six-round belt of the huge grenades looks much better than the little plastic tube that feeds the CR. Although, at this point of development, our opinion about weapons is meaningless, as it fixed which weapons are in the game, and 343i won’t change it anyway.
Because it’s not. Get over it. The game’s already past the development stage, so no changes are going to be made.
If we’re gonna talk Brute equipment I’d take the Chopper over the Bruteshot any day 
I did like the massive blade it had though. Fun Grunt smacking weapon.

No Brutes. The only reason the Hammer is in here is because they were lifted from the field of battle and aren’t hard to maintain, try finding the ammo and replacement parts for a Brute Shot with manufactures no longer making them.

To be fair, the only reason the hammer is in Halo 4 is so Grifball is playable, well, gameplay wise, not canon wise.
