In a recent post on the official halo Instagram they did another Fiction Friday post as they do featuring the Brute Prowler first introduced in Halo 3. Interestingly though they mentioned in the post that vehicle “still sees service within the banished forces”. This seems to indicate the prowler might be returning in Halo Infinite but probably with a new design.

How do you feel about this vehicle possibly returning?
I think 343 expanding on the brutes is a good idea, introducing new things for them is good as well as keeping some of the classic things. Id love to see a brute prowler return and even the brute chopper, also hopefully a couple of extra vehicles to really showcase the banished and their strength.
On a side note pertaining to brutes but not the vehicles, i dont like the ravager, it doesn’t feel “brute” like but the mangler seems to respect the brutes and their tech. Brutes were never too much into plasma, they were more primitive feeling with shrapnel and projectiles. I hope 343 can reflect this in other brute weapons/vehicles
I want to see a mix of classic covenant vehicles and weapons with banished modifications. I mean for a long time the banished raided and stole from the covenant so that makes sense. But they also did have access to some of their own forges so seeing new brute stuff weapons would be cool. I want to see them using the brute plasma rifle but shove an energy blade on the bottom that enhances melee damage but uses battery.
would love to have the classic return but it might be more likely that the Halo wars 2 Marauder would be filling that spot.

I didn’t like the prowler, it was difficult to drive but i really loved the chopper.

They could make an improved version of the prowler.
I do hope to see the Banished variants of the Seraph and Revenant. That would be cool to see those.
That Skiff vehicle from the Mega Bloks set gives me some serious Prowler vibes.

I get the feeling that Skiff might fill the same role as the Prowler, as a transport and gun vehicle. Of course, I’d be fine with the Prowler returning, maybe with more maneuverability like the Specter had.

Interesting find however as stated by one of the devs most of the Megaconstrux sets actually don’t reveal anything about the game’s plot or elements of it. But that’s not to say that in the case of vehicles that this isn’t a possibility.
They should just bring back all the vehicles, but put half of them exclusively in custom games, forge, and firefight. I would also like to see more returning weapons too.

Seeing the Brute Prowler return is a good idea. Brutes of the Banished do use the Brute Prowler from what I’ve heard. So it’d be awesome to see the Brute Prowler return in Halo Infinite.
I can see a lot of classic Halo vehicles returning in future content updates. Even if they end up not being “useful,” they’ll still serve a purpose in custom games.

Same, I liked the Chopper a lot more than the Prowler, but if they improve the Prowler, maybe I’ll change my mind.
the more new things we have for infinite halo, the richer the game will be in content and gamplay.
