The brute plasma rifle is a req level 3. That may not seem like much, but when you see that the more powerful storm rifle is at req level 1, you know that something’s wrong. The brute plasma rifle should be at level 1, and the two variants should be at 2 and 3. You guys agree?
Maybe have the original variant as req lv 2 with the other 2 variants lv 3 and 4

Why does it deserve its place at req level 1? I disagree that it should become a loadout weapon. That would be the only automatic used and it destroys shields extremely fast.
I’d keep the Scale of Soirapt (Ultra Rare) where it is, simply because of the one-hit melee it has, but I think the standard Brute Plasma Rifle and Sorrow of Teash could be lowered to where you said.

But it takes forever to actually kill something. You don’t really here how rediculos the smg is with laser targeter, do you now

No it doesn’t. You can easily do a combo where you break the shields and pull out a precision weapon. Also, you can camp in a base, shoot someone for a split-second, then punch them. It really should just be at req level one.
I have not tried the laser targeter on the SMG, but I’ll have to if its as good as you say.

Is it at level 4 or 5? I’d move it level 3, because a railgun is at level 4, and a rocket launcher is at level 5, so I don’t think the Scale of Soirapt deserves to be up there.

Currently it’s at level 5, and I suppose you do have a point.
