The BR is broken, I understand that there was a specific reason for the changes, the BR was awesome and the changes was to deliberately weaken it but i feel its been changed far too much

I disagree. I think it’s an improvement really. I find myself using it a bit more now.

I have to agree with you OP. I’ve tried and tried to use the BR. I keep going back to it, and my shots are just off. The timing feels sluggish and the bullets almost register damage equivalent to a BB gun. I hate that this update has really upset my Halo play time. :frowning:

So 343 tried to make the br more like the br in halo 3. Now go play halo 5 and use the br, go in halo 3 and use the br. And then compare the amount of kills you got with both of them. And then come back if you think you figured out why the br doesn’t work in halo 5.

The H3 BR was probably the worse one. The bullet spread was too much and inconsistent. IMO
