Does anyone know when the new bloom and update is going to on xbox live ? Like did 343 put a release date when this all will be implemented ?

No release date yet, but the TU is supposed to be late September which will, supposebly allow you to mess with all the features in custom games, not exactly sure about the custom games part (bloom, GOD pistol, and the new Armor Lock/Active Camo). But the BETA HOPPERS (which allow you to test the beta out on matchmaking) wont be available until early October.
