I feel like people go work for 343i just to be able to put that they worked on halo on their resume. So many employees leave the company at important times. Chris Lee, who was the Creative lead and left after that atrocious display of Infinite in June 2020, left in October of 2020. A narrative designer just left a week ago. I remember reading articles of other members of the team leaving right in the middle of the project and how 343 is hiring. In any other development team, people leaving these types of roles would cripple the company and deeply affect the game. Despite having Joe Staten come in, I do think the quality of Halo Infinite is affected by these departures. Microsoft can replace them, but constantly having new team members in high roles leave can’t be good for the effectiveness of the team’s production.
usually a dev team that outsources a lot of work and has a constant revolving door of developers isn’t very good. 343 can’t seem to maintain a team of consistent experienced workers and I would suspect that it’s harmed their development cycle heavily.

Liking a game and how it’s being handled are 2 totally separate things.
The truth here is, the game is is majorly lacking in just about every aspect of it. That’s not a good sign…
