The banshee is not done change much between games

the only thing that changes much at all is wing shape

Uhhh…lets see about that…
Halo 1: No boost, moved at one speed more or less, could sort of “hover”. Fuel Rod and Plasma Cannons linked simultaniously.
Halo 2: Added boost feature and acrobatic maneuvers to shake off rockets. Couple other minor changes
Halo 3: Literally unkillable by anything short of a Spartan Laser. Infinite flipping bombing pilots.
Halo Reach: Nerfed hard; boost is no longer infinite, weapons are now one-use at a time.
Halo 4: Faster and the boost recharges quicker. Bit weaker than before.
Halo 5: Variants EVERYWHERE including the try-hard favorite the Temple Banshee. Further nerfed to the screams of Warzone players everywhere with a boost cooldown.

Or did you mean in its tactical implementation? Because if thats the case…why would they change it? It does exactly what it needs to do; supports ground troops and engages enemy aircraft.

i mean the way it looks

I think the outlier is the designs that do end up changing from game to game. Halo has been pretty consistent in maintaining their designs through the games, while still tweaking them from game to game to fit new artstyles. The same could be said for most other covenant vehicles

I really wouldn’t say that.
The Type-26A, while nigh-identical to the 26C, is quite distinct from the 26B. And their more specialized AZ and BZ variants are still fairly visually distinct. And then we get into the Banished-modified 26A, which is covered in more Brute-like armor plating, and the Type-54, a completely new Sangheili-created design.

Trust me dude changing another design will only cause more outrage.

Points to slavering fanbase over Covenant body shape, the Pelican, various armors.

Halo 5 versions have shields.
