The Ban Hammer Strikes Problem.

Hey guys!

so I have been playing arena lately and I have been getting frequent disconnections from it to the point where I have been banned from playing arena for 3 days. I think this is pretty ridiculous seeing as it’s not my fault because I am connecting to servers fine with games like Battlefront, eElder Scrolls online, and frankly games that take a whole lot more to run then Halo does. I don’t have this issue with any other game only Halo.

Is is there anything I can do to Appeal the ban? Is there a way I can stop being disconnected from the servers? Because it’s definatley not on my end for connection errors, I’ve got OPEN Nat, 10 MBS speed, and no problems with any other game. Can anyone give a fellow Spartan here advice? I don’t wanna be banned for like an entire Year if it even goes that far.

Also forgot to add that it’s only disconnecting me from arena, not warzone

Join the rest of us, you’re not alone. Numerous people have been getting disconnected for no apparent reason (just lost three rare reqs because of them), which can lead to bans. There is no appeal process as of right now, so I’d suggest just giving the game a break if you disconnect once you can play again. Even though it’s not your fault, the system can’t differentiate between quitting and a legitimate disconnect, so might as well play it safe. I wish there was more advice I could offer, but as of yet, there isn’t any.

ya me and my friend were screwing around with a rocket launcher and i -Yoink- it and it killed him, i got banned. can anyone lift it?!!???
