Before i’d like to say that the work by 343 is well done for the constant 60fps, a nice environnement, sound and caracter design.
Also these first days playing Halo 5 were fun but for how long? I’m quite scared about it. In the other hand i like the fact that easter eggs and skulls are back to be find. I spend some time looking for them ^^
- Only 2 “casual” modes! I know 343 have been focusing a lot on the competitive aspect of the game but it feels like they have let down the part of the community that doesn’t play hardcore and forcing us play ranked is annoying. I’m not a pro gamer and don’t play to win but to have fun and i can tell you that i didn’t had a lot of fun time while playing arena… Where is the infection (please do it in the style of Reach) and griffball?! Are we going to wait a year to see it coming like in the MCC? I hope not! Also where are the other gametypes like oddball or king of the hill or even the classic BTB? (Warzone is great but playing on 3 maps the whole time is quite boring) - The lack of larger maps due to the focusing on the 4vs4 competitive aspect of the game is sad. - Low personnalisation. I don’t know why we have been from total personnalisation from the head to the feet to only be able to change 2 pieces. Also a return of the elites in MP would have been great after the MCC. Why emblems are preset and have to be unlocked? Personnalisation is a failure in my opinion even if we have weapon skins, different assassinations and like 275 armors which most of them are the same but with other skins on it or a from Halo 4. - I feel sad that we only follow the blue team in only 3 missions, i do like Osiris but when i bought Halo 5 i thought that it would be more like 50% Chief 50% Locke. Also i don’t read all of the novels on Halo or followed the Hunt the Truth thing. So i was a bit lost and confused at first. - Why there are so many prometheans? I thought they where only on Requiem and were serving the Didact. I have to say that i’m having more fun fighting against the covenant. - Cinema in campaign. I know it’s not a big deal for many but for me it was a great feature to appreciate the artistic work in an other point of view. - No picture or recording in cinema. I guess it’s because of the ability to do screenshots and 30s vids with the Xbox One. - No file share? Is it coming with the forge patch? This is what came to me first when i asked to my friends and myself about the game. I know the game just came out but my friends and i hope we won’t have to wait a year to play a bigger variety of gametypes and maps (from the community).
What you don’t like about this game and wish was different or be improved? Let 343 know our feelings so Halo 6 can be greater!
