Ive gotten just about all the normal unlocks and I can see from all the armor i have at SR 49, that theyre actually good. I love the venator,mark VI, EOD, Recon. Now theyre are some bad ones, such as Hazop and Infiltrator and also i cant stress enough about the ugly defender helmet (sad face helmet).
Now what is my argument? nothing really, just I want to know what everybody thinks of the really cool armor variants like Venator and Mark VI and the Splatter visor (green). Do you think its worth spending a little bit too much time to get those?
honestly spending money (real money) on cosmetics seems silly but if you have the cash to blow and you expect that to be your “go to” armour then go ahead.

I am still holding out with hope that 343 will add more Specializations and Armor further down the line. Stuff like Commando, Mark V, Grenadier, Security ect ect.

Still disappointed in the Defender helmet. I’d actually LOVE it if there weren’t the weird depressions in the visor. If it was entirely smooth, with that rough “T” shape, it would look very close to the “JFO” helmet in Reach, which I rocked frequently.
Sigh…
Also, why so many visor-less helmets? I understand that the Gungnir helment functions with a camera and internal display (basically tank-head), but is this how the myriad of other helmets work as well? Is there a significance to the white lights on these?
I’d like the orbital helmet if it didn’t have that little skull.
I actually really love the infiltrator armor.

Commando is in the game, but you have to complete certain commendations before you can see some armour.
