I played it on Team Snipers and it’s one of the worst maps I’ve ever played. It doesn’t work for Snipers but I think it would be decent for Swat. I think 343 should switch to the Swat playlist.

I’ve only played on that map once, and it was for Snapshot. I feel like with a few modifications to avoid cross-mapping/spawn-killing, it would work with SWAT.
