Yep you see him and hear him in all his manly glory (well Sangheili glory technically).
That’s amazing!!! I feel like the new character is not an enemy, I think the arbiter has a respect for chief, This story will be amazing. I’m so glad the arbiter is back!!!

Sounded more like he’s narrator of MC’s Collection. But yeah, that means it’s most probable that he’s in Halo 5 as one that he’s telling the story is that new guy.
