Hello everyone and 343 Studios, I just finished reading the Halo bulletin and it said to keep posting about Halo 4 and about what we would like to see in the next installment of the franchise. Well there is a couple of things that I would love to see and maybe even others might like it too. I think it would be awesome for The Arbiter to come back he is a really cool character and I think many people miss him I really liked how he teamed up with the chief in Halo 3 and it be nice to see that again in some form sometime in the future. Also bring back the Elites and UNSC alliance from Halo 3 I loved it when I was able to pick up two elites in the gauss hog and listen to their funny comments about my driving, “you drive like a brute”, in that deep growling voice. It would also be nice to see Elites as playable characters in multiplayer I was always an elite and I miss doing that, many others do too. So if there are any other people who feel the same way keep replying to this tread, favorite it, what ever so that 343 can see it.
If they do bring him back, hopefully he isn’t the -Yoink- he was in Halo: Thursday War. I wouldn’t be surprised if Humanity and the Arbiter’s faction were enemies by the time Halo 5 launches, ONI has been pretty backstabby towards Thel and it is inevitable that will come back to bite them in the -Yoink-.

Something may go wrong in Halo: Escalation. However, I hope that doesn’t happen, as Escalation starts to show that Humanity can get off their prideful -Yoinks!- and start to move past their lust for vengeance.

Unless of course a certain admiral has a hand in trying to disrupt the delegation in Escalation.
I’m not going to talk about campaign.
I’ll leave that to DeceptionCobra and SpartanT110.
They know much more about the story than me.
However, multiplayer is my expertise.
Elites in MP, though fun, cause issues.
In Halo 3, it was more difficult to land a headshot on an Elite.
Which was immediately unbalanced.
There was also the non-existent hitbox in the Elite’s neck.
In Reach, though they were unbalanced when compared to Spartans, it was an intentional unbalance since they were separated from basic MM.
I feel that Elites should, without a doubt, be available character models.
However, since the natural bend in their neck causes unbalance, it would be best to forbid Elites in the Ranked playlists.
That is, assuming Social and Ranked will be split.

> Oooo someone’s edgy.
Well I’m not to much a fan of Thel, but it could be a good plot point if they have Thel die or something bad happen to him, give Chief more incentive to do whatever he’s doing

> You mean this Admiral?
Chief, his evolving personality, Jun and him telling tales of NOBLE, and Halsey. I like Thel, just give him more cutscenes, perhaps alongside Chief again, and I’ll like him even more. Seems like a focused guy, much like Chief.
