“The Answer” Explosive Round SAW OP, Needs Nerf badly.
everyone is gonna see what i’m talking about once this gets unlocked by more people.
Only 6 rounds are needed to take a enemy down with full shields. The explosive effect prevents you from seeing anything while your being shot at. The damage is huge and it’s only a level 6 card, easily obtainable.
Since only 6 rounds are needed, and there are 144 rounds in a clip, you could take out 24 spartans with one single clip. it doesnt matter if they get the jump on you or not, your gonna lose to this weapon.
Boost is card value to 8 imo or take it out of the game.
Normally i would say everything is balanced, but once i see this gun you will know what i’m talking about
EDIT: i just made a short video showing it in my game, you have no chance with this thing
Some cards are supposed to be stupidly dangerous. The Ghost Ultra, with it’s powerful explosive plasma cannons and increased armour is also a bugger to defend against. Doesn’t make it OP.

Personally I think that one is balanced while the default ghost is made of paper mache.
Regardless unlike the ghost I can see how a six shot kill SAW would be ridiculously overpowered, assuming that information is accurate.
You think that’s op. You should get that black and red scorpion that literally shoots twice as fast as a normal scorpion. But ya if what you say is true, then maybe the damage threshold is a bit much. Only 6 shots? Saws fire at like 100 rounds a second. Exaggeration… But it’s fast.
So what, its very rare and once your team knows the enemy has it…they will be gunning that poor soul down. He got lucky with the reqs, let him have some fun and then put a stop to it.

Lets be honest though, the enemy team didn’t even attempt to kill you. You would have been a sitting duck for a competent player, you didn’t really have anywhere to go if you got shot at and you reloaded a hell of a lot considering how much you had left in your clip and how strong the gun was.

I’m not defending or attacking the OP’s view on nerfing, but just because it’s casual, doesn’t mean it needs to be OP. Be it casual or competitive, all weapons need to be of fair balance.
i have seen the answer only once in Warzone… i killed the guy who had it by out maneuvering him and catching him off guard while technically in a head on fight (coming in from above when he thought i was on his level) he died too fast to use it and i ended up with the gun at nearly max ammo capacity…
it was wonderfully powerful like most of those teir 3 Reqs…
have you ever been hammered by a banshee ultra? you can fire that fuel rod gun nearly as fast as some normal guns. its easily faster firing than a plasma pistols overheat cycle… maybe even faster than the reload for a pistol…
the point is that teir 3s are seriously op across the board… which ironically makes them balanced in terms relative to each other.
as it is the SAW is already going to out gun anything else in most ranges save the sniper at extreme range and the shotgun up close.
It costs as much as a banshee, I think the price tag on it warrants its damage. It is hella fun to use too, my fave gun.
The oni warthog is more op for the price tag of 3 req, capture your first armory and bring it out vs all the poor buggers with their little guns.

It’s a legendary gun, its supposed to be Op especially when its extremely random to get through a pack. Its also one time use and cost alot of req points to use and doesn’t make you invincible nor does it have infinite ammo. It fits its niche perfectly just like the rest of the legendary weapons that are random to get through req packs.
Love those crazyy strong weapons! And what are the changes you actually kill that many ppl? By the team you reach level 8 everyone is prob spawning with vehicles and powerweapons. Saw is a huge risk in a map the size of warzone lol
