Ok, this has been bugging me since Halo 5 has been released and i really hope it bugs others also, but has no one just hoped for the announcer to say the actual name of the game mode you are playing instead of “Slayer” for ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! Example, when you play SWAT or Grifball the announcer says “Slayer” before the match instead of “SWAT” or “Grifball.” I know it is not the most horrible thing ever but it just seems kinda lazy they did that. I am hoping that the Fans cry out and get it changed but so far it has not happened. Maybe there has been a form on this already but i have not seen it and the announcer still says "Slayer’ for everything! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this 343. It would be super awesome if this was fixed!

Earlier it was weapon sounds, and now this? Really people?
Its obviously not the biggest deal, but it would feel a lot more immersive to me if it was fixed! But hay i enjoy the game still!

It doesn’t matter… but I like hearing “SWAT!” instead of “Slaaayer” when I’m playing SWAT! Please bring it back 343… not a big deal if you don’t… it’s just a small thing that I think would be easy to fix

If it is not fixed or whatever i wont be whiny, i am just saying it would be cool. Its just something i thought i would bring up, i am not hating on 343 at all! That is actually why i am bringing this up, i believe that if the topic gets enough attention, then 343 will do it! I love 343!
It’s like they missing all the little things. It’s not a deal breaker, but I would like the announcer to say the proper playlist when the match is about to start. I’ve noticed that since launch. I agree with OP here.
In Spanish he just says “Asesino” (Slayer) in almost every game type (Slayer, Free for All, SWAT…) aswell…

Had to make sure I wasn’t in the mcc forums… I remember all we used to have was the announcer say the base game modes and I thought op didn’t like that lol
