He didn’t say he was the ancient evil, he says “whatever is awakening, obviosly it isn’t friendly.” He didn’t specifically state that the Didact was the ancient evil. cough Precursors…

I was asking when the word or equivalent was used to describe the Didact. There wasn’t.

An anti-hero is not the same thing as one who opposes the hero.

Exactly to me The Didat is more anti-hero than pure evil.

Personally I think the acient evil is “offensive bias”. He is a contender class AI that beat the flood fleet. Forruner AI so far look like floating sphears. A full scale military one designed to study the flood would probally be huge, be able to control forrunner ai armies, and would have that scanning system that it uses in the trailers. I am totally certan that the acient evil is Offensive bias gone rampant.

Ever used the “Spoiler” Feature on Waypoint Forums? It’s a pretty nifty tool and you won’t screw the people over who are not into viewing Spoilers… There’s a lot of people who who would rather “Go Dark” and be surprised when they play Halo 4.
