The Akaviir companies are looking for more members! Right now, our Sister Company The Aldmeri is openly recruiting, so if you apply you are guaranteed entrance! The Aldmeri is an extension of The Akaviir in all ways. This includes our Code of Conduct, and Game Days. We are currently in open recruiting, so simply applying guarantees your admittance. We have three main objectives as a company:
-Have fun
-Kick butt
-Work towards Achilles
We are a large, active, and growing group (Now over 120 members!). We have biweekly game days/nights, and every couple of weeks we do a game week with three game nights.
There are also plans to have both casual and competitive teams, and for this we need more competitive players!
If you currently lead a Company, we are willing to discuss merging your company into ours, and willing to discuss sharing leadership of The Akaviir and The Aldmeri.
For those players interested in Achilles, we do not require grinding, or a certain number of hours/games per week. Just play and have fun!
Play when you want, where you want, and how you want. We welcome all skill levels and play styles. Our company plays many different game modes, so odds are that your favorite playlist is a favorite of ours as well! We are always looking for more players with different interests to expand our diversity of play. This includes the aforementioned competitive players, and Custom Gamers! This aspect of our Company is especially important right now as school is back in session for many gamers. We do not kick for inactivity.
Our Code of Conduct is straightforward and short:
-Don’t be rude
-No intentional team killing
-No grudge holding
Our Companies also utilize the Company forums to communicate about, plan, and execute changes to how we do things. This includes our game days! Every member’s opinion has weight and is taken into consideration by leadership when a decision is made. Facebook is another one of our tools in communication, and our official page is still new and growing. In addition to these tools, we utilize the Discord app to communicate. This app has helped with the organization of our members and our game days. We have several different chat channels on this app to allow members with similar interests to better communicate and team up. This allows us to have an easier time teaming up with people within our community.
