The AI stops working after 10 to 15 minutes ALWAYS

Without fail, regardless of difficulty, after 10 to 15 minutes, the AI in Skirmish mode just stops working. If it’s captain cutter, he’ll build one jack rabbit at a time and send it to get killed by my troops, but other than that, nothing. It will rebuild it’s base when it loses buildings or turrets but it stops assembling waves to attack or trying to build new bases.

PLEASE FIX THIS.

Happened to me a few times too. Very annoying esp. if is an ally AI.

I have only played 2 matches on 3v3, both games took over 50 minutes, I would attack very strong then get a leader power used on me wiping most my units out, rebuild just to have it done again, they are very annoying, and this was on normal

hope they address this if thats whats happening. i love skirmish and would hate to have it messed up long term.

Interesting. Which mode did you play? The AI seems to work fine in Strongholds mode, but the other modes are where I run into issues.

ive played quite a few skirmish and from what i have seen is, without fail, allied ai stops doing anything after a bit as well. ill go for 30 or so mins then realize im 1v3 all tons of scarabs and wondering what my allies are doing. i see one hasnt even upgraded their base and the other has maybe 5 units at a time driving aimlessly. ive played mostly deathmatch and dom. great disappointment from devs. maybe ai testing should have gone a more in depth process… sad

I mean, yeah, but then it’s what happens after that. I’m playing with my friend against two AI Anders. I move my Kodiak over to a Ridge near an enemy base, and suddenly TWO RETRIEVERS AND TWO ARK DEFENSES are placed on top of me. My Kodiaks are gone, my Douglas is down, and now we have to contend with two Retrievers. I THOUGHT THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE EASY.

It was DeathMatch on Badlands I think.

agreed. i am quite bad at playing pvp so to not be able to even play or learn ai because its not working is making me regret buying this more and more. i loved the first, such a shame this one had to start as if they had to create this game from scratch, like they didnt have a first one…
