Master Cheif without counting cryo time could be at most 46.
Chief with his 4 years in Cryo after h3 would make him about 41 or 42.
He most likly spent more time in cryo during his years fighting the covenant.
Taking out the 6 years before military that leaves a possible of 35 to 36 years possiblre
in the cryo.
Look at Johnson who is 68+ not counting cryo (during h3) , Jonson looks like late 30s or early 40s
Sgt buck is 1 year older than Cheif but Dosent look so old and he prob didn’t spend as much in cryo as cheif with cheif:s longest session being 4 years

Probably spent 10 years total of his life in cryo making him physically 31 or 32
Early to mid thirties is my guess as well. Considering that war-era slipspace usually took weeks and most of the battles the Chief was involved in probably lasted only a few days at most, he and the other Spartans would’ve spent a lot more time in cryo than awake.

He was born in 2511, which would put him at about age 45 as of 2558. He would biologically be 41 due to the 4 years he spent in cry H3-H4, and a few years younger than that even due to cumulative time in cryo.
It would be safe to estimate John being around 35 physically, along with the rest of blue team.
I think Halo Nation said that he was supposed to be around his 40’s. But he looks to be in his mid 30’s because of the cryo-sleeps.
Every time I see this thread… I think of like a time period and not a specific age lol. I’m sure history books 500 years after the events of Halo will consider this time period “The age of Master Chief” lol
