Are you new to Halo Waypoint?
The Achilles armor set can only be obtained by grinding out the kill commendations (which are massive) in an active Spartan Company. So, Spartan Companies spawn-trap the enemy team in Warzone and kill them over and over again to grind through the commendation levels.
