So this is a multi question topic.
1- Every time I try to start a drill, the countdown does count down and then nothing happens. Only started happening recently. Is anybody else having this issue?
2- Does anyone like having the ability to practice guns in various way? I do and it kinda reminds me of N64 Perfect Dark. Except we get absolutely nothing for 3 staring a weapon.
3- They need to add jumping in the weapons 3rd tier drills.

If you are referring to the bots, I disagree. I think that training mode is better for that, and drills should be to get an idea of how the weapon works.
The only time anyone should jump is at the end of getting a kill, as to throw off the other player’s lined up headshot.
In other words, if your bots in weapon drills were doing that… They’d be shooting back.
What do you want for it? Is 3 starring a challenge not enough?
It would actually be sweet to get higher difficulty drills - enemy strafing/jumping and returning fire, with scoring based on per-bot accuracy and time rather than for whole exercise. Some score level for a perfect, some lower score level for a 5-shot, and bots should kill you after that (since you’re generally getting killed if you can’t land a five shot). Basically showing how you could actually expect to do in a competitive environment.
I bet someone could forge that someday.
I had that issue last week. Not sure what solved it cuts it worked a few days ago for me. Maybe try a hard reset.
Would be cool to unlock weapon specific emblems or charms. Maybe a level 1 3star unlocks a target emblem, a level 2 3star unlocks a variety of colors for the emblem, and a level 3 3star unlocks a charm.
Yeah I love it. I actually use the BR and sniper one to warm up sometimes while I’m waiting for friends to finish a match or something.
And I was very disappointed that there wasn’t at least an achievement for getting 3 stars in all modes.
I agree, and it would be handy to add something like a thrust/Repulsor practice mode where you can give the bots movement tech to work on that aspect.
I mostly just set up a bot match for that part.
