Really? That sounds like it would be fun to get. They’re expensive though.

I’ve seen pics of the Sandbxr (sp?) Spartans when they were new and… I wasn’t impressed. The material didn’t lend itself well to detailing.

Yea, the tend to look very rough almost sandpapery sometimes.

Alternatively, I wish they came in 1/100 scale, for HGC.

I got my Spartan 3D printed earlier this year. It looks great but my only complaint is the lack of stances available for printing.

In the game, my Spartan’s stance is “Engage” which is awesome AF but unfortunately it wasn’t available for 3D printing so I just picked something basic. My Spartan would have looked much cooler in the Engage stance.

Someday, I’ll make my own mini-me rocking the “Believe” stance.

Thats not too bad. I think its the 3D printed plastic or w/e is it, that makes it look off to me. But if you like it, go for it.

A wide variety of poses would be neat, what if you could get the classic T-Bag pose over a helmet on the ground?

1/100 scale and 3D printing probably don’t go together very well. Not yet, at least, because they’d probably be underdetailed, fragile, or both.

Statues for older games though… that would be pretty cool.
