bs angel has said in today’s bulletin that Episodes 1-5 were just warmup for what’s to come. I’m really excited for what’s to come.
I’ve really been enjoying Spartan Ops so far. So if that was just the warmup I can’t wait for what’s to come. That being said I don’t wanna get my expectations too high.
My inner halofan came alive when i saw it i’m really interested in that green structure now who owns it?
Care to provide link please?

I’m looking forward to Spartan Ops that’s for sure. Monday can’t get here soon enough. I want to know how Crimson gets out of this, or if they get out of it at all.

Thanks. I really wonder whether we get to ride longsword again…
We saw them flying in the next episdoe trailer.
It would be cool if that was the Master Chief in that teaser screenshot.
and the guy (Elite) who shouts “Didact!” in the campaign cutscene is supposed to be Jul M’dama! Well that was a bummer!..though a pleasant surprise

I wanna know, too!
Because of the achievement “Dedicated to Crimson,” it can really go either way.
Crimson could be wiped out and we’ll be in a new group (Dedicated to Crimson being a dedication to their deaths) or they could have survived (Dedicated to Crimson being you were dedicated to playing the first half of Season 1 Spartan Ops).
If it’s the latter…maybe they’re captured? I’d love a curve ball mission where you don’t have access to your loadouts and need to grab what you can from the Covenant.

that would be so awesome ! it would far more interesting than how the mission right now are build.
man this got my hopes up even higher, I loved the first half and was expect the second to been even better but now I expecting it to be almost = to campaign. Will that scrab we saw in the preview become activated? hope so.

They will all die and get replaced with Maroon Team.

I didn’t even consider that the name of the achievement might be a clue! Monday can’t come soon enough.
I can’t wait, it made Monday better knowing there was a new episode video.
Now would be the perfect time to introduce Chief in Spartan Ops.
It would be incredible to see him helping Crimson out of their dilemma, and I want to be with him again!
I never really liked spartan ops
Interesting info here in that Bulletin.
I suspect we will play as Crimson again, though like K5 pointed out, starting out captured then fighting your way out of a prison with stolen Covenant equipment would be pretty awesome.
So the first season of Spartan Ops is called ‘Infinity’; I wonder what season two will be called. Maybe… Venezia? Would be nice to see someplace other than Requiem for a change.
Interesting learning about Gek. Maybe he’ll survive the season and we’ll get to know his motivations in a later season, Spartan-hater that he is.
Also interesting is how they plan to take the ‘Promethean Soul’ bid. Interesting because that soul was from New Phoenix, but the Didact wasn’t around to do the conversion and put the soul into a Promethean Body. Either he got back in the saddle a lot faster than many of us anticipated, or the composer can do the conversion on its own without outside help. Or maybe an unknown third party has done it. It will be fascinating to see how that plays out.
Here’s to hoping that this guy listens to player feedback, and puts Crimson in a better position to be part of the ‘storytelling’. It feels weird not seeing them in any cutscenes- from how much time Majestic gets, you’d think we where playing as them in the 25 episodes we’ve had so far. I know why they didn’t put Crimson in (Pr-rendered cutscenes plus much customization options equals nightmares). That said I would rather see our Spartans in cutscenes using the in-game engine, rather than having CGI without them. Just my opinion.
In conclusion, really looking forward to having Spartan Ops back on Monday.
I would wait before they walk the walk before getting excited.
How cool would it be if they brought in a old map from Halo1 for some missions… Like Danger Canyon
“Who knows, maybe he’ll show up in another story someday and you’ll finally learn how he lost that eye and why he hates Spartans so very, very much.”
Something tells me this bit about Gek is a hint at the next Kilo-Five novel. Naomi will most likely ruff him up. Or, if they want to bring Blue Team back, one of them could do it. Fred was good with knives so maybe it was one of his knives that removed Gek’s eye?
Cracks knuckles if that was a warm-up, then lets get started.
