I should think you’d just be able to redeem two of them at that point.
It’s listed as a DLC pack. Assuming that it works the same way as the Battlefield Premium battlepacks, it should work based on a calendar. Meaning that you’ll get all the packs you missed as well. So if you got the game say for Christmas, you should in theory get all 14 at once.
Also remember that the Premium packs are from the LE and LCE as well as Digital Deluxe Versions only. No say on when exactly the LCE and LE will be “sold out”

Yup, I believe the pre-determined cards shown in the tutorial video/blog are the pre-order bonus.

It mentions it in the Mister Chief Video, and also details it on the DLC info page for it on xbox.com

Wishful thinking, but I don’t believe so. Basic information lists it as 14 total on most retail websites.

That is the only way to guarantee that you will get those editions, but you will still be able to purchase them after the game launches. I have a Walmart that is STILL selling Halo 4 Limited Editions…for $100. Thanks, Wally-world.
But yeah, to answer OP’s question, I imagine that you will get access to all 14, but it’s based on specific dates. So, if you bought the LE or LCE 8 weeks after it launches, you would probably get all 14 at once. Great question!

Ya, I told another guy in a different thread a lot of retailers are stopping pre-orders for the LCE specifically due to it being a numbered-statue, at least going in person. Most people should be able to pre-order through online. I believe Bestbuy is the only one you can go to in person to pre-order the LCE specifically now as of this weekend. the LEs and Standards of course won’t have a limit that will be touched most likely if at all.
