I hit 130 and I guess that’s it right? Why would they set the game up so that the multiplayer progression just…ends? I mean sure I can go after commendations and whatnot but that just seems like wasted points. Part of the fun was always progressing in rank.

I learned my lesson at being capped at 70. I play only on Mondays. This week for some reason I broke my cardinal rule and ranked up. I know better. Take your time people.
The amount of people actually playing keeps diminishing anyway so it takes a couple minutes to actually be matched up with people most times and when I finally do find a match its over half finished and I’m on the losing team. Way to take a great, working multiplayer system and ruin it. The proof is in the numbers people.
I don’t play for a number. I play for commendations.

I only play Spartan Ops now just to keep up with the story and what’s gone on in the missions…
Should really play a couple more matchmaking games to push myself over the 1000 mark, but I just really cannot be bothered to play that buggy, laggy crap.
Yea hopefully they raise it or you get to derank back to 1 and start again like CoD.

This kind of post has become invalid ever since CSR was announced. When the TU gets put out a 1-50 for each playlist will be included. SO you will still have the ability to rank up. Just wait.

If CSR is indeed only able to be viewed through waypoint, it might as well not be there at all.

This is a very sad state that halo players are in these days. They think ranking up is a bigger part in the fun they have then it really does not. Play because you enjoy the game or don’t bother poisoning war games with this nonsense.
Even though I can’t rank up, I still enjoy playing Halo 4.

I don’t understand the point you’re trying to make. Halo 2 ranks were visible in-game.
