Obviously this guy isn’t well informed; the Railgun is UNSC, and first, those aren’t all new weapons; most have been known for atleast a month. And if he was refering to ALL of the new weapons, he would’ve noted the Sticky Detonator, the SAW, the Storm Rifle; ETC.
