I didn’t care too much for split screen leaving simply because I haven’t had too many people to split screen with on xb1. With the return to halo and black under suits. You guys made me a very happy 20 year old along with my friends, been playing halo for all 15+ years it has existed, I’m very excited for the future.

Yeah, IMO it’s not that big of a deal.
Good decision and hopefully they listen to other things people want and make halo 6 an amazing game

I can somewhat understand, even if I’m not nearly as passionate about it. From what I can tell, the reasoning is it makes the individual armor sets “pop out” more, making the armor feel more unique.

That’s fair, but I have to disagree with you completely. I, personally, loath coloured undersuits. It takes the attention away from the actual armour, and turns your spartan into a blob of colour. There’s this idea in art that more isn’t always good. You need to have parts of a piece that are sparse in detail, in order to give a better unified look, since it focuses your eye on sepecific details. If everything has tons of details, you don’t focus on anything, and the cool details that should be focused on get lost.
Another part of it is, of course, that the undersuits in Halo have always been black before 343i came along, and it seems like an unneeded change. It’s like taking away the space diapers, those were a big part of the MJOLNIR look. I think the best way to go would be to give people options. For those of us who want black undersuits and space diapers, let us use them (on any set too), and for those who don’t? Leave that option in as well. The way I see it, the more customization options, the happier I’ll be.

They are not black there are parts that are colored a better word is fully black undersuit

I’m not like most people in this community who were absolutely crying over it, but for some armor sets they could benefit from black under suits. I.e. Achilles would be phenomenal simply because most of the pieces are colored in different shades of armor. So to me, the set would look even better. To sum it up, its will help certain armor sets pop.

If anything you can discuss likes and dislikes to the info of h5 and future titles in this thread, this was posted immediately after the update was released.

Many of the fans, myself included, think that the fully black undersuits make the Spartan Armor stand out more and look way better than they would with the colored suits.
Currently, the colored suits just blend with the rest of the armor and make the whole suit look like it is made out of rubber.

Having the black long johns back will be great. Then we can actually see the armor.
All black undies have always made me feel sexier underneath all this armor. I’m for it.

I’d say a good fix for the undersuit problem is to give it its own color option.
Split-screen was confirmed for all other Halo FPS games by 343 themselves.

I’d still remain cautiously optimistic at the very least, but it’ll be great to see it back for H6.
