Anyone else absolutely hate this gun?
It’s so inconsistent, that sometimes I’m a good 5 feet from a guy and it takes 3-4 shots to the body to kill him
Then sometimes it’s a freaking mini sniper, like last night

please bring it to the weapons section in the war games matchmaking thread so 343 can fix this. I agree things so inconsistent though I love when its like that sometimes cause i get to wreck people who have a power weapon :). Needs to be fixed though probably not as strong as the human shotgun but increase the amount the bullet ricochets if possible.

That looked like it was from so far away. I agree it’s annoying, but it’s supposed to have some range to it and take a couple of shots to kill. That’s why it shoots so fast.
I get frustrated with this weapon ALOT. Yes its very inconsistent. A fraction of the time you get a 1 shot kill, but sometimes just it feels like its shooting mustard.

Yes oh god yes
I used to hate it but I’ve figured out it’s effective range and now I’m getting one-shots left and right with it.
I agree the scattershot can be inconsistent but for the most part you have to learn how to use it most effectively. It is easily my favorite weapon. First weapon I mastered and it was thanks to good ol scattershot that I got my first perfection.
meh, i like it more than i hate it.
my only complaint is that the boltshot beats it in range…which should NOT happen
I gave up on video game shotguns a long time ago because no one gave them any dignity. Blops 2 has though and I love it.
Scattershot I easily use with ease, hell I’m more effective with it than the Shotgun! But, to the topic…
The Scattershot takes a bit of practice with it for excelling use, so no blames.
I like the Scattershot, but it can be a bit inconsistent.
I love using the Scattershot, but the range is pretty random. If I use it at really close range, it’ll almost always get the kill.
I like the scattershot even if it is inconsistent, but would you want a semi-automatic shotgun to have predictable perfect shots?
It’s all about the pulse grenade
Less Accuracy, Faster rate of fire- makes sense?
I know what the OP means though, sometimes I’m on the receiving end of one and get hit by only 3 projectiles and get insta-killed while sometimes you need to be point blank almost for that to work.
