Exuberant Witness. Its safe to assume he’s at all guardian locations as well as other forerunner installations. So the chances of Spartans fighting him is fairly high.
I personally think he’s an underrated character and I love fighting him.
Am I the only one that thinks his black hole attack looks like Mega Man’s Final Smash?

I hate the death orb more than his laser face. This thing tracked me all the way back to my base as I was running away from it.
When ever he looks at me I just say to myself “Ok boy lets do this” and then run at him and start dodging like theres no tomorrow.
