Hi,
Yeasterday I did the Library in Heroic coop. (online, not on the same xbox) I didn’t die at all and yet I did not unlocked the achievement. I have to admit that I don’t really want to do it again, particularly if there is a recurrent bug on this achievement. Is it possible for 343i to unlock the achievements on my acccount ? I have a video of my game results if you need a proof.

Did the other person die? I looked it up and guides are all saying if either of you die, it nullifies it for the both of you. That may be the reason why it didnt go.
He did, but I saw poeple that were saying its ok if you are not on the same console.
AND : I just did “Look out for the little guy”, so I didn’t kill any grunt at all (again I have a picture) and still didn’t unlocked the achievement. Again in coop, we made the mission twice, on the first run I killed all the grunt and my buddy got the achievement, then he killed all the grunt and I didn’t got it.
I think there is a real problem here.

Weird. Everything i saw specifically said coop, no one can die so doing it solo with bandana was the best option for most. So maybe conflicting info there?
As for the little guys, is it possible you maybe killed a grunt? When i did it, i just did it split screen and didnt even touch my account controller, i did the entire level with my guest. Any chance you can do that?
I checked the battle report to be sure, and it confirmed that I did not killed any grunts… I could do it with two controller but my campain achievements seems to be blocked so I’d rather not waist my Time.
I unlocked some multiplayer achievement, so its really weird as you said
