343i since when was firefight about completeing objectives? When? I understand it’s WARZONE firefight and hey some of the objectives are awesome! Watching the gameplay, defending your base, or hunting bosses looks fun. Granted i could do without the generic “kill 100 crawlers or anything” but still i like it. But jesus its still firefight isn’t it? Why are their unlimited spawns?! Wasnt that a top complaint for spartan ops? Or do you want people to respawn just to waste REQs and buy more?
And 5 -Yoinking!- ROUNDS? Really?
No 343i it goes like this
1 set = 3 rounds
1 round =5 waves
With a live limit, and CUSTOM GAMES
Which i know there is still a chance it may come but come on lets be real, it’s 343i. Its not profitable for them to do so. So the chances of that happening is small.
And -Yoink- IGN too. The previewers claim to be “long time fans of the series” and “remember putting hours into firefight” when if you really are a long time firefight player you’ll remember the struggle it was to complete the Vidmaster achievements or to even go that far with skulls on, and a life limit. They’re literally yes men for any developer thats in front of them. Not of them have a nut sack to say “yea what i just played kind of sucked” when a developer is looking them in the face. A bunch of -Yoink-.
Or even Reach! The best custom game firefight I’ve played yet. YOU COULD ACTUALLY EDIT AND MOD ENEMY WAVES! It’s next gen and you can fit more AI into a map… why not exceed expectations instead of -Yoinking!- lower them??? Oh i know because the REQ system. Which is fun for multiplayer but for a casual, fun, and long time mode which is firefight, not cool. Ugh.
You have until the summer to get your heads out of your -Yoinks!- and fix this -Yoink-. At the very least insert a live limit, a mode that uses SETS that include rounds, and waves instead of a timed experience where everyone needs to rush in and die, and -Yoinking!- CUSTOM GAMES. Use the beta feedback wisely because it aint only me
