What are your are you kidding me moments in wff.
Mine are as follows.
A grunt dropping out of the sky and landing on me instant death.
Elite tossing a sticky from about a football field away and hitting me in head while I was behind a small wall.
Popping out the answer and getting killed by teammate that says thanks for power weapon over mic.
Popping out level 3 Inc cannon. Killed by teammate in different game.
Desperate melee on mythic warden while flashing red and warden dies and I get achivement.
Die wait 30 sec spawn in front of mob die,wait 30 seconds spawn in front of mob,die wait 30 seconds… 1:00 of round 5 wasted on bad spawns.
Spawning in the new Beam Rifle Delta and getting killed by my teammate who picks it up and wastes it on grunts…
Also i spawned in a temple banshee and got shot out of the sky in 6 seconds

Flying is basically impossible in wzff I find right now, because you can be sniped across the map by hoards of -Yoinks!-.
Using the blazing glory insta-killed and then getting swarmed by a group of jackals and my team just ran away while I was killed by jackals

Yep. Spawns in a Banshee. Beam rifled…
Getting one-shot as soon as I spawn by a knight with an incineration cannon across the map.
(Thank the guardians I didn’t have any REQs in hand…)

beam rifles are really only useful on the grunts and elites. not sure where else it woulda been used effectively.

flying isn’t impossible but its kinda like being in a tank. you have to be sure you’re flying in support and firing from some distance instead of trying to be a front-liner.
the wasp and phaetons are the best for this I’ve found.

I had an ultra ghost stuck in busy garage till about 30 seconds left in round. And we lost that round:(
I had an elite throw a grenade through the smallest of gaps but not just one small gap a series of 3 small gaps. As I saw it go through the gaps I was like NO WAY. The gap was too small he wasn’t shooting me but I was.
When there are 2 upgraded wardens at round 3.
Oh wait.
Level 2 banshees on apex
i call in a turret and take one of them solo. I die and somehow the other five people in the game have made peace with the other banshee, so we lose.
Spawning an ONI Mantis (not certified) to help with Mythic Warden with half health and my team kills him before I even get the the home base
mostly just getting spawn killed or dying instantly behind cover without getting shot
My WTF moment was when I went into a game with a 6 man team, and happened to get paired with two free-riders!
Two guys that ran and hid to get the survivor bonus, and did not trying to kill ANY of the AI, but would take a few shots to try and last hit the bosses. We lost in the third round. Both of the -Yoinks!- had zero AI kills, and one of them had credit for one boss kill.
I have had several just today.
First one was -Yoink-, invisible banshee cannon ball.
Second one I didn’t record, I was in my scorpion on round 5, I had a Fuel Rod I had picked up from a grunt earlier, we were killing the last bosses(4 hunters), we kill 3 of them and the last one jumps into the middle room and hides in a corner with a -Yoink- hair of health left, so I go “-Yoink- it” I jump out and then the enemies just start rushing me, elites and jackels come in groups and I empty out my fuel rod until I have 3 rounds left and then some -Yoinking!- grunt shoots me twice in the back and I die and we lose the round because my teammates were also dead.
I also had Knights spawn on top of me, INSIDE the “Defend building” areas… What the -Yoink- is that about? Not fair that they not only spawn inside the building, but ontop of you and then just slices you in half, killing you instantly.
