As much as I hate the work 343 did with Halo 5 (especially about Campaign) I FINALLY got Mark IV thanks to that 15 year celebration pack, so thanks 343, you got 5 points good on Halo 5 now (Mark IV, Forge, Gameplay, Vehicle seat switch, Good updates - although those last should have been there at launch).
