One of the things that immediately jumped at me when I first played Halo 5, was the incredible sound design.It shines when you play via surround headphones. Fantastic job 343.
One thing in particular, something that makes a huge difference for me is the loud sound of your footsteps as you sprint. I’m so happy they included this, it’s amazing and every time I sprint I feel like I’m really running and sometimes I get an adrenaline boost it feels almost. It’s a minor detail yes, but the game would be very different without it for me.
