Normally I hate FFA (mainly cos I suck at it) but last night I started playing Regicide with a friend as he wanted to complete the 80 regicides challenge. I agreed as long as he continued playing till I got it so I could have someone to talk to whilst playing.
Within a couple of games I had got the hang of it and was chasing down the KIng and loving every minute. Several games were really close with three players able to win with the final kill and I even won 1. As modes go this is a great FFA idea as it means that those of us who want to get stuck in can earn extra points off the kings, but those that want to hang back can but they’ll need to make more kills. It balances play for everyone and victory can be achieved by anyone, give it a try and try to get 11 or more regicides, even if you can’t do it you should have loads of fun.
BTW the challenge only took a couple of hours for me so this mode really isn’t that difficult.
