Or, since they already have servers in different parts of the world, they could let us pick which servers we wanna queue on. MCC has this, why canā€™t Infinite?

Aim assist in those games was designed to be used at 30 fps. Not over 100+ fps. Hence aim assist is much more sticky than its supposed to be.

Basically 343iā€™s ā€œmuh UIā€.

Look how long it took to get server selection into MCC. What was it? 4 years? 5 years? Infinite has only been out for a few months so you might be waiting a while at their going rate.

Since the update: high D6 ā†’ low D4. No geofiltering before, but the desync became even more noticeable and the game unplayable. You see it in almost every match: High Diamonds and Onyx going -10, mostly one guy going +15.

Ranked became a complete jokeā€¦

With the veritable host of issues Infinite has and had on launch Iā€™m more inclined to think itā€™s ignorance which means theyā€™re not making any design choices - ā€œchoiceā€ implies awareness of alternative options. If Iā€™m wrong and management is still making hairbrained decisions, then theyā€™re intentionally providing bad gameplay experiences which consequently wastes Players time and Players should abandon Infinite like 343 has abandoned their integrity.

im still geofiltering and have not gotten any bs 100+ ping on pc so im good still

Errrrā€¦how are you circumventing the geo filter ban without getting the error message?

I canā€™t geo filter any more and Iā€™m getting a mix of EU and US servers. The game plays like a complete turd even on 20ms ping to EUā€¦and even worse when they force me on to US servers at 85-150ms. The game doesnā€™t work properly and itā€™s not fun.

The desync is so bad that I got sworded through a wall and around a corner earlier, and the opponent didnā€™t even do the sword lunge or swing animation until after my dead body was on the floor.

Itā€™s basically like going to the toilet but the toilet flushes before youā€™ve even finished. Halo Infinite id basically a delayed turd.

Iā€™m pretty sure thatā€™s what they were trying to ban so not sure how thatā€™s not being picked upā€¦but fairplay to you. Iā€™m also trying to block every US server I get connected to but that could be a very long and pointless process as thereā€™s obviously many servers in each of the US server locations (itā€™s clearly not working at the moment as Iā€™m still connecting to Dallas and Washington even though Iā€™m based in the UK).
