Thanks 343i, words cannot describe my feeling

[/sarcasm]

I have no words to describe how much you ruined my Halo experience.

I bought this game on day1 and loved the campaign, when I read that message on game ending I almost went to twitter to say a “thank you for making this game” too, then I headed to multiplayer, hit SR70 in 20 days and until today I don’t get the code for specializations, cheap maps (1 or 2 are really good), almost a month after game release and no team snipers on fixed playlist, poor dlc maps coming, no fileshare, no true ranking system, err… and a lot of other problems already mentioned on other topics.

…I really love this series, but I’m thinking in sell it to get CAll of… err no, -Yoink- of duty never, maybe I’ll get something else…

Miss you bungie :frowning:

I was gonna blast you for being a whiny -Yoink-, but i think i actually agree with the points you made. -Yoinking!- File Share doesn’t even work right, and they’re going on to try to release MAP PACKS?

I enjoy this game thoroughly, but there needs to be some serious bugfixes and balancing before we get into map packs imo.

I still feel as if they’ve done their cash grab, and are now giving us the silent treatment as well as the cold hand towards our thoughts or critiques.

With 1-3 dudes and a dudette in the form of BS Angel, doing some damage-control.

///\ i agree, this is sad. I love Halo. I had no problem with Halo 4, even with the annoying glitches and spotting servers. but this is getting to a point where you can’t help but feel ripped off.

I like to think it’s not the developers fault. When you get big publishers like Microsoft, they push for earlier release dates. “We can always fix bugs later on!”

However, when there’s barely any game types or honest to god balanced maps, then that poses a problem.

I kind of agree and kind of dont.

Dont get me wrong Bungie are great but reach never got the attention it needed either and the changes that 343 did to it whilst may have been good and bad atleast they bothered with it.

The halo 4 campaign is alittle short maybe ok but awesome nonetheless. Really enjoyed every level right until the end.

I never played mm until 2 weeks ago when I figured as I needed the win 5 and 20 games achvs, as I had all the rest I might aswell start. I play swat mostly and when the playlist came out I ventured into mm. Some of the maps are meh but others truely awesome. A few days ago I even went into big team and loved it. I didnt find the new drops etc and loadouts specializations really effected game play all that much.

In the first week of playing halo 4 I came onto the forums and made a post ‘halo is dead’ I was quickly banned from the forum for my free way of thinking but in that time it allowed me to have more of an open mind. Sure halo mm has changed but as a long time halo player since week 3 of halo ce even I have slowly been able to except them.

The lag is unforgivable at times and that should be addressed first,
The way I see it this game has the potential to be awesome it just needs the right push in all the right directions.

I played a few games of halo 4 and some campaign and went straight back to reach in about 3 hours. Now I have kept away from reach until I hit the xp cap.

I really think you should continue to give the game a chance and if you experience glitches in mm try to stick to a less effected gametype hopefully 343 will release a title update soon and your persistence will have paid off. Good luck bud.

i want 2 march on 343 and burn every piece of halo crap i own. i am one of the unlucky ones hunh? an sr1 for 2 days now after waiting 2 weeks to play after being stuck at 70 you are all discraced for this bs. you will never see ten years of loyalty / support from me… should not have used the s word you dont know what support means… f;’;'n nuts

You should actually buy Call of duty. It’s without doubt better than Halo 4. They have actually fixed their game by removing randomness, while 343 have added it. You actually have to get 15+ kills streaks to get bombs and big explosives + dogs, while in the old games you only needed like 7 for dogs for example.

Halo 4, for me. Is just pure chaos.

Now now now, let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

I am serious. This is coming from a competetive Halo 3 gamer with 50 in every playlist, and with over 15000 matchmaking games only in Halo 3. I have never been over level 20 in COD before and have only had 2 games, but now I am currently 51 in 1 game.

Even though it still doesn’t take as much skill as Halo does, the game isn’t cluster chaos like Halo 4 is. It is just a lot more balanced thus making it a lot better.

This was new like three weeks ago OP

i wouldnt say i miss bungie… they ruined halo when they released reach. plus 343 are trying to work on it give them time man no reason to cry about it because it wont get u anywhere

It’s been a month and they don’t even have File Share fixed. But it’s okay! we’ll be getting new maps!

Right…

Stop spending so much time on Halo 4 then.

Black Ops II is AWESOME.

Why does everyone who didnt get the limited edition have to be a drama queen because of a lvl cap?

plus im sure they are working on a patch and they will most likely release it on the tenth when the maps are released

I think you need to examine call of duty more before calling it balanced. Getting killed via airstrike or helicopter as soon as you spawn isnt exactly what most people would call balanced, and any game where you can call in a nuke after getting a 25 kill streak is far from balanced.

>Got limited edition
>Still complains about current rank cap

What you gonna do?

So far the highest kill streak I have seen is 17 (and that’s dogs), while mine is about 12-13. Not once have I seen anyone get a 25 kill streak. They really have balanced their game making the good stuff very hard to achieve, compared to 343s super over powered not being able to miss with binary rifle that people gain with only a few assists.

It’s like the old Halo games. Only you, your weapons, and maybe some turrets on the map. That’s ever the only things I see. Not power weapons flying over your head like in Halo 4, where everything is just pure chaos.

Patches/Updates are coming. Why would 343 fix only one thing and then release it? Think about it? Most likely they are trying to fix big things that people have noticed/complained about and then releasing it all at once rather than making people update every Friday night (Sarcasm).

It makes sense, and I am sure they see what people are posting. So relax, and be patient.
