The game is FUN. Im really enjoying all my time in it. Campaign was great! cannot wait for Future DLC hopefully.
So far spent 10Days 5H in game! gotten all but one achievement, completed the battlepass and The challenges for the winter and cyber events. Cannot wait to finish tenrai!
i have a couple minor complaints but they are minor for sure. cross core coatings and visors for one.
i just wanted to post my love for this game and tell ya to keep up the good work. I dont see enough positive posts here.

Games been out over 2 months with desync issues, crashing, BTB not working, melees not registering, horrible selection of guns, 1 ranked playlist with 6 maps, no progression system, and next battle pass is May. For a AAA game thats been in the making for 6 years, this is a disgrace. I don’t get how anyone can accept this as a “fun” game. And I would give them the benefit of the doubt if this was their first Halo they made. but its their 4th Halo game they created and they have absolutely no excuse. Everything is right in front of them with H4, H5 and MCC. Why not use the other games as a reference to see what fans want. I’ve come to the conclusion that 343 is just a bad company, I have no faith in them fixing Infinite anytime soon, and by that point the player base will be dead.

There’s fun to be had, but it’s far from perfect. Hopefully they’ll improve it as time goes by.

I don’t understand how you don’t know what “fun” means. The game can have things that annoy people and still be fun. Your arguments don’t make sense.

Game is gray. I’ve been having a ton of fun. First shooter that’s come out in years that’s this solid of an experience and game play mechanics. I’m excited for new game modes and some new levels but otherwise everything has been fun.

At least for me, BTB has been working fine and the core gameplay remains solid and fun. On my Xbox Series X, technical issues have been pretty limited.
Obviously there’s plenty work to be done - this is definitely a more Finite Early Access than a real, full Infinite game - but at the moment I’m still enjoying it, getting my fun/funny games and typical Halo moments (an Active Camo enemy failing to backslap me while I’m sniping, end up point-blanking sniping and meleeing to kill him) and I’m anxious for the next updates/seasons.
You might have seen more if 343 knew how to back up their own words.
Halo is a game that has a lot of potential and could be a great game left to the devs that do the actual work. The problem is that the higher-ups like chopping their work up making the game feel like a mess that it actually is in for a profit.
If the higher-ups actually had a brain they would realize lying and taking advantage of the player base wasn’t their only option to make a profit. In fact, creating a quality type of game would have doubled if not tripled their profit and they would have had a much happier player base, but what does anyone us know right?

Would love more maps and playlists… but who wouldn’t.
Really enjoyed the campaign. Just needed a warthog run and an epic battle vs scarab type machine.
And I am desperate to get my hands on Forge (scripting) and the stats API.

I do have fun when everything work fine. It’s kinda sad that almost everything you read on waypoint it’s negative, because I really feel community frustration. Still I have hope that this game is not already dead, the potential for a great game is there.
I just grappled a banshee to get the achievement and it didn’t pop… happen to anybody else?

Well, I also want to thank 343. This is a great game (better than Halo 5). And I can not believe it is free to play!! So thanks again.
But there is one problem with this game … Like the previous Halo games. I never get beyond Diamond 5 or 6. Please fix this
