I can’t think of anything more useless than 343. A shoelace does a better job at hammering in nails than 343 does their job. On a side note: I can’t wait to find more bugs tomorrow caused by this patch, but it’s a good thing they delayed for almost a month “Testing”
Yeah, it sucks. They’ve already published the release notes… the patch is ready, they’re just holding it back.

First people complained about patch notes being out AFTER the patch. They published patch notes BEFORE the actual patch(although it is very vague except the control layout fix), but that makes you[and probably a few others] think they are holding it back. I hope you guys realize it takes days for a patch to be approved and if it isn’t approved, then it has to get reworked so it meets Microsoft’s guidelines. I think that was the biggest hold up for this patch, it probably didn’t meet MS’s guidelines, or that they made a big patch that actually fixes 99% of the game(which is wishful thinking).

None of the game breaking bugs are mentioned in the patch notes. If they aren’t mentioned you can bet they weren’t fixed. It’s not the ordering, patch then notes or notes then patch, but the fact that the important issues aren’t getting fixed. Heck, there have been things on every set of patch notes marked as fixed that are still quite easy to reproduce. This shows the lack of efficiently with which the game is being developed.
The community would be far more tolerant if the last couple updates/patches actually fixed the issues that are preventing enjoyment of the game. Nobody asked for more achievements or a half-implemented Spartan Ops.

I would be keen to get some more feedback on the frequency of updates that 343 have been releasing

Well you wouldn’t want them to take their attention off the halo 5 beta would you?

Halo 5 beta is closed. Also they aremost likely completely different sections of 343.
