I’m sorry we live in a world where we need something new daily or weekly. I get this is your first live service game. But let’s not forget this game is amazing just as good as Halo 2/3… Release things when they are ready not when the “content creators” want them… Halo will never die this game is 50000% better than Halo 4/5 in the current state… Keep pushing you got my support been playing for the last 20 years! Not saying this game has issue it does… but it’s definitely far from the worst game on the market right now…
I don’t know the dates for certain, but wasn’t it last month where 343 insinuated that things were on track?
This update outright states that things are not on track.

I would love to just have a new, complete halo game, every 3 years.
“just as good as Halo 2/3” doesn’t seem to the be the general sentiment, and it isn’t what the reviews show. The best compliment I can give it is that if you said it was Bungie I would believe it at certain moments. It would be their worst game, but you might be able to convince me it was them.
Saying this is their first live service game is a complete lie.
It is their first F2P and they didnt get the model right that is obvious.
They said live service, not free to play. A game can be live service without being free to play. 343 will take use any excuse to justify the games current position though.
Just as good as 2 and 3? What are you smoking? Those were at least full games when released, and with the amount of backlash they’re getting how can you even state that? Features are missing, there’s less content at launch and even less post launch. I’d say this is 343’s best Halo, but that’s not saying much. They nailed the gameplay this time at least, but everything else is pretty poor. We’ve had better content updates from non-live service games in a shorter period of time that this which is supposed to be live service. I need need something new daily or weekly, I’d be more than happy with it just released with just as much content as 3 and Reach and I could play easily for years, but there’s nothing. Halo can die and at this rate it’s like an asteroid headed for the ground. I have mates who used to love Halo and now won’t even touch this. They seem to be losing fans faster than gaining any. I do agree it ain’t the worst game on the market, not even the worst shooter, that belongs to 2042, but if this released around the 2007 it’d definitely be the worst. Biggest problem is the modern AAA gaming model just damn sucks so now we just take what scraps we can get. By all means, enjoy the game, but you’ve gotta see crap when there’s crap and take a stance to try and get this all sorted.
