Despite the BTB issues, and a few UI issues, the gameplay of this game is great. I’m really enjoying it and after seeing all the complaint threads just wanted to send you a thank you for this game. I haven’t enjoyed a Halo game this much since Halo 3. I appreciate your hard work trying to identify and fix issues, and as a developer myself I know it likely seems hopeless when you have a community filled with negative comments, and a lack of constructive criticism. For people whining about customization/shop prices… you don’t have to buy cosmetics?

What I would like to see when you have time is:

  1. Player Levels, I want to level up with a rank, not just a Seasonal Rank. I’d also like to see Prestige Ranks similar to that of COD.

  2. Playlist Options: If I want to play CTF, or Oddball, I should have the option to queue one or the other on either a medium sized objective playlist or a large (BTB) playlist.

  3. Some UI fixes: Sometimes queueing a match will freeze everyone in the Fireteam forcing people to have to force close the app and rejoin the Fireteam, more BTB optimization as well.

  4. Co-Op Campaign… nothing else to be said here. We need it.

  5. Forge - We also need it

  6. When you queue into BTB with a 4 player Fireteam, automatically make that the In-Game Fireteam. (This one likely should’ve been there at launch, as Halo always has done that in every previous title)

When BTB actually worked this always bugged me. I would have a 3 man fireteam but we very rarely were in the same 4 man squad or whatever it’s called. Would love to see a different colored dot on radar for fireteam members so it’s easier to find your team.

Also that store argument is weak. Ofcourse the game is free. Ofcourse I don’t HAVE to buy cosmetics. That doesn’t mean it isn’t a slap in the face to the many fans who were used to the other pay models.

I mean maybe I’m old school but I feel like the cosmetics is actually a detriment to the game… whatever happened to Red vs Blue? A lot easier to spot your teammates without a purple cat running by…
