You’re obviously overwhelmed by the simple things in life… I get it.

I’m not just thanking “us” as you put it. I’m actually saying “Thank you to anyone and everyone that has ever been a part of Halo these past 15 years.” So that means any person a part of Bungie, 343, Microsoft, Blur, Mega blocks, Rooster Teeth, all the gamers, anyone who’s watched Halo content, any person who has read any of the books or comics, and so on… I’m literally saying anyone and everyone who has been a part of Halo in any way shape or form.
Why?
Because every person has their part in Halo becoming what it is today.
That means something to me and many others because Halo has become an aspect of various peoples lives in small or big ways.
So yes… the “Thank You” also extends to you HYv47 because you’re contributing to Halo in some way shape or form… I and others appreciate that.
So feel ‘weird’ by my “Thank You” if you want but that won’t stop me from showing my appreciation to any person that played any part in the last 15 years of this amazing journey.
