I don’t think he necessarily meant that in a racist tone. I understand his point in which that it is nice to be in a server that doesn’t cause you to lag and having teammates that you can communicate and strategize with over the mic

I understand. The best practice is make a test in the connection, to know if is a trouble with the servers or problem with ISP network
Wireahark and traceroute I dont connect to the br server anymore just US.
