Thank you 343 for killing Cortana. Halo 5 was such a disappointment of a story that I’m sure everyone would be happy if It didn’t happen. It looks as if things are back on track and finally we can have a good story again!
Don’t count on it just yet. She’s too important to kill off before the game starts.
Besides, marketing and actual story can be 2 different things. Remember H5?

The Nu-Tana said she was supposed to delete herself, but something changed and didn’t.
Feels like Cortana infiltrated Nu-Tana.
Not to mention it’d be quite a move, to drop the storyline / story threads of a previous game… again…
I don’t suspect Cortana is gone.

that’s not what they said at all. it’s clearly left as a mystery to what happened to her. pay attention to the dialogue, dude.
I don’t think Cortana’s gone just yet, there’s so much we don’t know about the story just yet.
The game looks incredible.
Killing Cortana is fine, lets just hope she doesn’t just drop out the first mission like Halo 5 LOL.

I wouldn’t count on that at all. I would bet money the evil cortana has somehow taken over the new cortana.
