Thank you 343 Industries

Just wanted to thank all of 343 Industries for their labor into the Halo franchise. Must be a super exciting job to hold while pushing this franchise forward into the future. Also I would like to thank all of 343 Industries for being able to deal/tolerate with harsh criticism. It’s the not so fun part of the job but part of the job. All of you are awesome. Bonnie Ross, love you. Keep pushing team.

There was a reason for criticism it wasn’t like they were being abused for no reason. They made a mistake with the MCC and so are going to get criticized.

343 have my thanks when they launched Halo 4. And they’ll have it forever.

Why are you thanking 343i for releasing broken/-Yoink- games like Halo 4/5 and MCC? You shouldn’t congratulate people when they -Yoink- up a billion dollar franchise that Microsoft depends on. It’s like if you thanked a cook at a restaurant for serving you bland, undercooked food. By appreciating 343i’s broken content, they are more likely to repeat it in the future.

Hey. We all have different opinions, dude. Some like the work 343i did and others don’t. That’s it. If you don’t like it, then don’t post a comment on this. It’s logical.

Thanks 343 for bringing so much more character development to the franchise. Halo 5 is going to be great!

343 knocked it out of the park with Halo 4 everybody seemed to dislike it but Halo 4 was Epic

I personally enjoyed Halo 4 and the direction 343 took with it, more character development and a deeper story; I love the Halo lore and it was refreshing to see new enemies and to see a shield world after reading Ghosts of Onyx, The MCC however broken it was, it still was enjoyable and worth paying for

That last sentence… it was not enjoyable when things were broken and for many people still remain broken and for a collection of games that have been previously bought/played out, with only Halo 2 getting the reskin it definitely wasn’t worth $60 when the game didn’t work half the time, forge was incomplete and coop campaign was so bad you couldn’t even start the mission. So none of this should repeat itself and be worth $60 from your wallet that’s just being biased.

What studio do you work for? How many games have you developed? My thank you is legit. We all make mistakes. I’m pretty sure you’ve made a mistake and had to redeem yourself. Perfection does not exist. Mistakes were made. That’s obviously. They will bounce back. I still would like to work at 343 Industries and make some Halo.

Mistakes were made and that is obvious. I just admire when people deal with mistakes and rise above them to move forward.

The worst thing about 343i is their inability to admit to mistakes and try to rectify the situation. They are fine with releasing broken content because the halo fan base is loyal to a fault and will continue to give money to them and just hope their concerns are heard.

People will always have unreal expectations, and never be satisfied. To this company… keep up the good work and we appreciate you keeping the greatest franchise in gaming history alive.

The last sentence: That’s every Halo fan’s dream. Personally, I’d love to work either as a journalist for 343i or help in the script for the campaign.

Bonnie Ross addressed this failure in a in person interview. She talks about the original launch idea and they got to the the all in one idea. She showed face for all of 343 Industries, Microsoft and Halo nation. FYI, my tone is friendly in all my replies. You should research it if you like.

I’ve only just now joined the Halo community once more after a long time, in prep for Halo 5. I loved Halo 4 and I’ve played all Halo’s (although it doesn’t say so on my record for some reason). Anyway, my previous background for a Gaming Forum community is Bungie’s Destiny forum that I’m a great part-taker of and… it would seem that this community is just as toxic about it’s game makers haha
Oh well, not that big of a change I guess.
From my exterior standpoint, it would seem that 343i gets a lot of crap just like their good friends Bungie. It’s too bad really because I had a blast playing Halo 4 and I’ve only just recently picked up the One with MCC that I’m going to work through quietly (when the destiny servers are down mostly). Thanks 343i for your continued efforts and i can’t wait to join this community again with your new game I bet will be brilliant. Cherio, gruntbuster3000 out

Coming from a Destiny background, I can tell you that 343i and Bungie get the same criticism and one thing I’m sure of is that it’s not with merit.
